업무내용/자격요건 | [담당업무] - Lead digital transformation in form of setting up new B2B business platforms. - Coordinate with local and global stakeholders to make sure that all business requirements are reflected properly. - Benchmark zone/global best practices and customize to meet local requirements. - Lead change management within the sales organization to develop digital mindsets via continuous training and communication sessions - Collaborate with the digital technology team for sprint reviews and retrospectives. - Drive new B2B adoption and expansion for customers (wholesalers and POC) - Manage team of 5 people - Own implementation metrics and key performance indicators. - Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, disruptive culture.
