| 업무내용/자격요건 | [담당업무] - Develop, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to increase traffic and user growth. - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. - Increase brand visibility by seeking high-level placements in publications, YouTube Channels, thought leaders, and various media channels. - Understanding and developing marketing campaign budget to include expected return on investment, cost of user acquisition, and other marketing metrics. - Measure and optimize marketing efforts to users at different stages of the marketing funnel. - Leverage existing media relationships and reach out to new contacts within the technology space for co-marketing opportunities. - Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis. - Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting the Blockchain and FinTech community and make appropriate recommendations regarding the communication strategy surrounding them. - Oversee social media accounts and manage community-building efforts. [자격요건] - 대졸이상(마케팅 관련학과 선호) - 연령/성별 무관 - 영어는 네이티브 수준 - 핀테크 or 블록체인 업계 경력자 우대 [보유스킬] - Previously planned, executed, and achieved online marketing campaign KPIs. - Proven experience in identifying the target audience and appropriate channels to maximize reach. - Must be a confident communicator and presenter. - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. - Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms, specifically Reddit, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, and FinTech forums. - Possess a Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing or Communication Studies. - Minimum requirement is around 8-10 years of marketing experience and able to demonstrate success in previous marketing campaigns.
