| 업무내용/자격요건 | [담당업무] - Establishes the Beyond Beer seed to launch process and methodology. - Identifies opportunities in beyond-beer markets including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, based on in-depth understanding of market landscape, consumer needs, and operations - Validates potential opportunities through DVF approach (Desirability = do people want it, Viability = is it good for business, Feasibility = can it be built and sold) - Focuses on solving an acute consumer problem, and thinks like a scientist to experiment and prove/disprove the hypothesis - Builds product/brand with a focus on data and measurement, in-market learnings, and product iterations to get to ‘perfect’ proposition - Builds a challenger brand that resonates with the target tribe.
