| 업무내용/자격요건 | [담당업무] Job Title: FAE Engineer Location: Korea SUMMARY: Our customer’s ultimate success depends on our ability to solve cutting edge problems in relation to Automotive industries. We value our relationships with these companies, and we depend on our Sales and Field Applications Engineering Teams to foster this ongoing partnership. As a Field Applications Engineer, he/she will interface with our customers, and internal product development, product marketing, and sales teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Engineering resource on the sales team to lead technical aspects of the sales cycle 제품판매동향에 대한 추진력 있는 기술력을 영업에 제공할 수 있는 엔지니어링 리소스 ? Provide technical marketing support for the development and implementation of AICC or Non AICC products 암페놀 그룹 제품 개발과 구현을 위한 기술지원 ? Prepare materials and participate in product presentations.제품 PPT 준비 (기술자료) ? Provide customer service to solve complex interconnect problems and technical inquiries. 고객과의 커뮤니케이션: 복잡하게 접속된 제품에서 발생하는 기술 문제 해결 의사소통 ? Help devise strategies to differentiate our products and solutions from our competitors. 경쟁업체와 차별된 전략 수립을 위한 팀워크 ? Meet and exceed strategic objectives (create New Business Opportunity & achieve Design Win) 목표달성 (신규 비즈니스 창출과 디자인 윈) ? Some travel will be required after Covid19. (출장에 결격 사유 없어 함) [자격요건] QUALIFICATIONS: ? Bachelor’s in engineering field or equivalent (in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering) 학사: 전자, 전기, 통신 전공자 ? 5+ years’ experience in design or applications engineering of electrical hardware components/ interconnect solutions industry 커넥터 분야에서 전자, 전기 부품 설계 또는 응용기술지원 유경험자 (과장) ? Displayed experience providing product marketing and sales technical support to produce design wins. 영업기술지원 경력자: 고객사 디자인 윈 ? Prefer experienced in modeling tool: CAD/Ansys/ Pro E or Solidworks and MS office products. 개발 SW 가능자 또는 해석자 ? Intermediate in English; Ability to communicate in written and oral English. 영어가능자: 관계사 의사소통(이메일, 통화, 출장-중국, 미국) ? High level customer service and ability to build relationships with customers. 고객과의 원활한 관계/소통에 걸맞는 성향 ?
