| 업무내용/자격요건 | POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Company: Puma Korea Department: IT / F&0 Office Base: Seoul Business Title: (Senior) Manager, IT Business Solution Job Band: E2 ~ T3 Direct Reporting Line: IT Team head Indirect Reporting Line: N/A Personnel Responsibility: N/A Budget Responsibility: Partially Travel time: Occasional POSITION SUMAMRY AND KEY TASK DESCRIPTION: The PUMA Korea (Senior) Manager, IT Business Solution is responsible for adoption of IT solution that fulfills global requirements/local requirements. Task 1: Deploy IT solutions including global standard solution a. Collect business requirement including business process changes b. Find a proper solution with local team / global team to fulfill business requirement c. Conduct gap analysis and solution design d. Deploy IT solution including leading System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test e. Deliver user trainings to business team f. Deliver/maintain proper project documentations g. Plan project budget and monitor actual spending 50 % Task 2: Involve global project as IT team member a. Participate into global project as IT team member b. Co-work with key business users and internal IT team to implement the project 20 % Task 3: Maintain and support a deployed solution a. Support the solution for business team to get their goal b. Deliver administration functions including helpdesk c. Conduct an enhancement project to reflect business changes into the solution d. Provide a technical advice to business team 20 % Task 4: Regular Business user training a. Collect business user’s training requirement and plan/deliver (ad-hoc) trainings b. Deliver proper trainings to business users regularly 5 % Task 5: Co-work with IT teams a. Co-work with other IT team members to support business team and deliver an IT solution b. Act as backup operator of given applications 5 % KPIs: KPI 1 Adoption rate of IT solution KPI 2 Customer Satisfaction Rate KPI 3 Project on-time completion percentage KPI 4 Budget variance against Actual BACKGROUND AND PROFILE: Education: Computer science is preferred but not mandatory Professional:At least 10 years IT project management experiences at multinational company Work experiences in Retail Industry IT Skills: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required Cloud knowledge is required Web application knowledge is required Infrastructure knowledge (Network, Security, OWASP, Active Directory and so on) is preferred DBMS(DataBase Management System) knowledge is required DW (DataWarehouse) knowledge is required Power BI development experience is preferred Microsoft tools including VBA knowledge is required SAP support experience is preferred Language Skills: Retail POS support experience is preferred English ? Fluent Korean - Fluent CORE COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Functional Competencies: Technical Expertise Analytical thinking Business communication Customer oriented Teamwork Functional Skills: Project Management skill E-Commerce technical support experience is required B2B ordering solution technical support experience is required Business Intelligence tool / Data Warehouse experience is required CRM solution technical support is preferred |
